Welcome back Duncan and Chris JTC Tennis Professionals.
Our 52 year old classic fence which was failing badly has been replaced with a brand new beautiful fence and upgraded design. Comprised of true 4"x4" 8ft cedar posts and almost invisible black PVC coated wire the fence was slightly changed. The four corners are no longer 90 degree corners but 45 degree angle thus not allowing tennis balls to get stuck in the corners. The street side wall was kept low, 3 feet high, to provide a better spectator viewing and more inviting feeling.
As promised we were able to rebuild the fence before Memorial Day May 25th when JTC officially opened for the 2020 season.
Our fence was crafted and member volunteer built. Many thanks to Kirk Plender and his tractor, Paul Pacenka, Bill Prushinski and Paul Schuepp. Also grateful for the new landscaping and flower gardens provided by Judi Crofts with help from Julie Conlon, Paula Knight, Susan Kent. Great team effort and results! Finally thank you for the many donations from members to help reduce the costs of materials to the club.
